Job summary

Accurate Personnel seeks a CNC Lead in Elk Grove Village, IL to set up, program, and run complex machining operations, including 3–5 axis milling and turning. You will design fixtures, develop tooling, and create CAM programs (Mastercam, Fusion 360) to meet tight tolerances and delivery goals.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience as CNC Setup Machinist, Programmer, or Lead.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment to produce complex precision components.
Manage complete machining processes from bar stock to finished part.
Develop and design fixtures, workholding solutions, and tooling strategies.
Create and modify CNC programs using CAM software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360.
Support machining operations across 3-axis to 5-axis milling and turning.
Optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and cycle times.
Interpret blueprints and GD&T to meet specs.
Provide setup guidance and technical support to production teams.
Maintain high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
