Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HAAS CNC lathes with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine job scope and specifications.
• Edit and troubleshoot G-code as needed to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and hand tools to verify part dimensions and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in CNC lathe setup, program editing, and operation.
• Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting blueprints.
• Solid algebra skills and basic math proficiency.
• Skilled in precision measurement and working with tight tolerances.
• Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and production needs.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to monitor processes effectively.

Shift Hours : Monday-Friday from 3 : 30pm to 12am

Hourly Pay : $23.00-$30.00
