This hands-on role reports to the CEO, works with Engineering and Quality, and emphasizes precision, safety, and documentation. 9/80 schedule, climate-controlled facility, and a family-focused team are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC programming and setup experience in precision high-variety manufacturing.
• Proficiency in G-code programming and CNC machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of machining processes and precision measurement.
• Experience with CAM software (Fusion 360 CAM).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs.
• Program CNC machines utilizing Fusion 360 CAM and Centroid software.
• Program Hurco Vertical Mills, HAAS lathe and Centroid driven machines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop fixturing and work-holding as required.
• Document processes and machine parameters accurately.
• Inspect first-article parts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality.
