You will set up complex machines, design fixtures, and ensure parts meet stringent specifications. Applicants should have five years of experience, proficiency in CAM software, and strong communication skills to coordinate with planners and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 5-axis CNC programming/machinist experience.
• Thorough knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience with tooling selection and fixturing.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality requirements is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Program complex 3-, 4-, and full 5-axis mills and lathes.
• Set up mills and lathes.
• Design tooling and fixtures.
• Use inspection tools to validate dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and edit programs as needed.
• Communicate with planners and team members.
