The ideal candidate will read engineering prints, set up CNC tools, perform advanced math calculations, and train peers while adhering to safety and company policies. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High School Degree or GED.
• 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering prints.
• Ability to set-up and program CNC machine tools.
• Ability to perform advanced mathematical computations and apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to use measuring tools for quality inspections.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for Process Control related to the machine assigned by the Machine Shop Supervisor.
• In-process inspection, handling, and inventory control of equipment flowing through the assigned machine.
• Receive material, read engineering prints, set-up, program, and produce on the machine.
• Hit target efficiencies established by the Machine Shop Supervisor and Manufacturing Manager.
• Assist and train other employees when asked by Supervisor.
• Promote a team environment and cooperate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Follow all policies and procedures required by Machine Shop employees at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by the Machine Shop Manager.
