• Five+ years CNC lathe and mill experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals.
• Knowledge of advanced materials and process selection.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate a wide variety of machine shop equipment including CNC lathe.
• Interpret complex blueprints and apply knowledge to set-up and operation.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of materials and process selection.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for heat treating, plating, and tooling.
• Mentor and train new machine operators and assemblers.
• Develop manufacturing processes that become SOPs.
