Wellbore Integrity Solutions LLC, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking skilled machinists to operate manual and CNC lathes, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure strict HS&E and quality standards.

You will document job activities, review drawings and specifications, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while maintaining calibration and certification of equipment. On-call responsibilities may apply, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience with Manual and CNC Lathes preferred.
Minimum of one-year experience in related field (will vary by level).
Must be willing to work long hours and be on call 24 hours/day.
Knowledge of hand power tools (grinders).
Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Complies with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies.
Maintains work areas and all associated equipment in an orderly, calibrated condition.
Conducts and documents daily preventative maintenance tasks on lathes and related equipment.
Performs Risk Analysis before each job and reports hazards to supervisor.
Executes successful jobs per client request and communicates results to customers.
Completes pre- and post-job documentation and job tickets on time.
