Job summary

Kito Crosby Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Capital Projects, CNC & Automation to lead CAPEX initiatives. You will design, justify, and deliver manufacturing improvements across CNC machining and automation, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance to boost safety, quality, and throughput.

Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, CNC programming skills, Lean Six Sigma, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Experience implementing manufacturing automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong background in machining, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing systems.
• Experience preparing capital justifications and managing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project planning and execution from concept through commissioning and ramp.
• Develop, justify, and manage CAPEX projects with ROI, payback, NPV analyses.
• Optimize CNC programs, tooling, fixtures, and machining processes for throughput and OEE.
• Identify and implement automation solutions, robotics, and digital manufacturing ideas.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance.
