The successful candidate will coordinate with CNAs, contribute to care plans, and participate in ongoing education to improve service delivery within a compliant facility environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification.
• Must have or obtain CPR certification within two weeks of employment.
• Demonstrate interest or knowledge in therapy, rehabilitation, ADL, and ROM programs.
• Must read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review and update the department policy manual and procedures with the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with CNAs to ensure policy compliance and proper dress code.
• Assist in developing written care plans for residents.
