Devonshire Care Center in Sterling, Colorado is seeking a Lead CNA to supervise certified nursing assistants, participate in interviewing, orientation, and onboarding, and ensure CNA staffing meets daily and monthly needs under the DON and PPD.

The role includes documenting training per state regulations, providing in-services, delivering direct care as needed, and serving on committees to improve resident care and safety.

Formación

• One year of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Current, active Colorado CNA license required.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing CNA practice.
• Ability to supervise and mentor CNAs, and manage onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise CNAs; coordinate staffing and scheduling per DON and facility needs.
• Participate in CNA interviews, orientation, and onboarding.
• Maintain documentation for training and regulation adherence.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Support and participate in quality improvement and facility committees.
