This full-time role requires CNA certification, LTC experience, and strong leadership. CPR certification is welcome and on-site teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly safety meetings and assist with documentation.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support CNAs to ensure exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification from an accredited nursing assistant program
• Long Term Care Experience and a genuine passion for serving seniors
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it (we can help!)
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
