Requires Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or Bachelor’s with 5 years of experience.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Lean Six Sigma; SPC; SolidWorks; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
40 hours/week; Arcadia, CA location.

Responsibilities

Oversee product sampling, testing, and qualification processes for CMOS image sensor products.
Develop testing objectives, methods, and procedures; establish performance indicators and test properties.
Lead QA testing and collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure smooth process integration.
Analyze test results using Excel and MATLAB; determine root causes and implement improvements.
Review production/manufacturing processes to boost quality and efficiency; mentor junior engineers.
