Job summary

KLA in Milpitas, CA, is seeking an electrical design engineer focused on Sensor Test to advance camera development. You will test and characterize image sensors, generate test requirements, and collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure sensor performance.

The ideal candidate has strong sensor testing experience with CMOS/CCD sensors, plus proficiency in MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW and Excel, and a track record of delivering robust test fixtures and camera integrations.

Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years

Responsibilities

Test and characterization of sophisticated image sensors and cameras
Generating sensor test requirements
Developing engineering tests in Matlab/Python/LabVIEW/Excel
Integration and modification of sensor test fixtures
Collaborating with manufacturing partners
Verifying sensor performance and reliability, and integrating the camera sub-system
