Job summary

You will craft calibration and metrology solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. Preferred qualifications include MS or PhD and 10+ years in semiconductor optoelectronic testing, plus experience with MATLAB or Python and lab

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor electro-optical test or related field.
• Experience managing external suppliers to deliver hardware solutions.
• MS or PhD degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.

Responsibilities

• Developing industry-leading calibration and metrology methodology
• Develop / validate algorithms for test metrology which are deployed on MP test stations
• Collaboration with tester hardware suppliers to develop a validated test solution
• Conduct failure analysis to understand the root cause of tester malfunction or inaccuracy
• Provide written documentation of tool specifications and failure analysis
• Close collaboration with characterization labs
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including process engineering, optical engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering to deliver innovative solutions
