Eide Bailly is seeking a Lead CMMC Certified Assessor to expand our Risk Advisory practice. You will lead CMMC assessments, engage clients, mentor teammates, and help shape our offerings and delivery models.

This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, an active LCCA certification with Tier 3 background, 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, the ability to travel up to 15%, and a commitment to staying current with DoD and compliance guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Active LCCA certification with adjudicated Tier 3 background.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, or GRC; consulting or client-facing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform CMMC Level 2 assessments per DoD requirements.
• Evaluate control design, identify gaps, document findings.
• Serve as engagement lead with project planning and budget management.
• Communicate status, risks, and financials to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor assessors and contribute to practice growth.
