Eide Bailly is seeking a CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA) to support and perform CMMC assessments across our client base. The role involves hands-on assessment work, collaborating with Lead Assessors and client teams on evidence collection and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a CCAA certification with Tier 3 background and have 3+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC, with travel up to 15%. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field.
• Active CCA certification with adjudicated Tier 3 background.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, or GRC.
• Hands-on experience supporting or performing CMMC assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support and perform CMMC Level 2 assessments per DoD requirements.
• Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness to identify gaps.
• Gather, review, and validate assessment evidence with clear documentation.
• Produce high-quality workpapers and assessment deliverables.
• Interact with client personnel to obtain evidence and clarify requirements.
• Support Leads with project execution, timelines, and coordination.
