Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising clinical laboratory staff and coordinating work assignments.
• Licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of microbiology workflows and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of microbiology and clinical lab scientists.
• Prepare staff schedules and rotate workstations to meet workload needs.
• Monitor test analyses to ensure accuracy and promptness; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee workload analysis and staffing needs; guide tech development and procedures.
