Job summary

The Skills Coalition in Redwood City is seeking a Lead Software Development Solution Architect focused on Cloud software and infrastructure to design, implement, and deploy customized Visual Assistance solutions that meet client needs.

You will lead a small development team, bridge between sales and product, and drive delivery of high-quality solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across business units in the San Francisco Bay Area or Boston Area.

Qualifications

8+ years in software development, architecture and implementation (BSaaS preferred).
Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading and training a team of junior developers.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executives and end-users.
Deep knowledge of cloud software, software development processes and deployment strategies.
Excellent time management to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales: explain platform structure, characteristics and behavior to stakeholders.
Define features, development phases and requirements for each solution.
Provide detailed specifications for solution management and delivery.
Estimate time and resources for solution delivery.
Build solutions per SOW, review code and leverage APIs and integrations.
Ensure client satisfaction through successful solution delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
Act as Level3 escalation point for advanced issues.
