Job summary

Knowledge Builders Inc. is seeking a Systems Architect to support the State Health Information Network for New York (SHINNY). The role focuses on cloud integration, analytics, security programs, and training for Dept personnel on cloud-based tools.

You will design and implement SOA, PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS using IBM DataPower and WSO2 tools, develop secure applications, lead technical projects, and create diagrams and documentation for architecture.

Qualifications

84 months of experience architecting service-oriented architectures and cloud platform services.
84 months designing secure applications with security APIs, SAML, OAuth, and MFA.
84 months as lead technical architect on projects covering system architecture and maintenance.
36 months designing native cloud systems using AWS.
36 months deploying and monitoring apps with CI/CD and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Design and implement SOA, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS using IBM DataPower and WSO2 tools.
Design and implement secure apps using security APIs, SAML, OAuth, MFA.
Lead technical architecture on projects, covering configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Perform XSLT development for custom stylesheets and deploy using CI/CD tools.
Architect, develop, and debug Java applications.
Create diagrams and documentation for architecture.
