Job summary

Liatrio is a consulting firm focused on accelerating software delivery and modernizing processes. We are seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer who can drive architecture, deliver high-quality software, and guide engineering teams across client engagements.

You will work on modernizing legacy applications, building cloud-native solutions, and shaping DevOps practices. Travel between remote work and client sites across the United States is common, with emphasis on effective collaboration and delivery

Qualifications

• Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.
• Travel availability: travel typically ranges from 10-50% to client sites across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical delivery leadership within a project or workstream under guidance of an account leader.
• Uplift engineers on the client and Liatrio teams with architectural guidance.
• Architect technical solutions, explain to clients, and lead a small engineering team to implement.
• Ensure technical excellence and communicate strategy and changes to stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and coordinate with architects on approach.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in knowledge sharing and business development.
