Job summary

Liatrio is seeking a Principal Architect to define strategic technical direction for enterprise engagements, shaping modernization roadmaps, target architectures, and governance. You will articulate tradeoffs to CTOs and guide cross-functional teams to delivery.

This role requires 10+ years of hands-on software engineering and enterprise leadership, deep cloud-native experience, and a proven ability to drive architecture decisions in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering and architecture experience at the enterprise level.
• Proven track record as a trusted technical advisor at CTO/CIO level.
• Ability to guide architecture decisions and communicate tradeoffs to executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple domains (frontend, backend, data, cloud).
• Familiarity with regulated environments, security, and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own architectural direction for major client engagements, including modernization strategy and guardrails.
• Partner with clients’ executives to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Lead architectural design across multiple domains and evolve Liatrio's point of view.
• Provide technical oversight across workstreams and ensure delivery quality and alignment to outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and leaders, shaping internal capabilities and accelerators.
