Netsmart in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Lead Software Architect, Cloud & AI Modernization to guide architecture for CareDimensions. This hands-on leader bridges legacy systems with cloud-enabled, scalable, AI-aware future-state solutions.

You will partner with engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Product to shape decisions, review designs, and drive modernization while ensuring reliability. Onsite role in KS.

Qualifications

Hands-on architecture leadership for enterprise-scale apps.
Experience modernizing legacy apps toward cloud-enabled design.
Strong AWS knowledge and cloud-native patterns.
Ability to influence across matrixed teams (Product, DevOps, Security).
Onsite in Overland Park, KS; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead application architecture guidance for CareDimensions products and teams.
Define modernization paths to improve scalability and cloud readiness.
Collaborate on architecture decisions, code reviews, and prototypes.
Improve CI/CD, deployment patterns, monitoring, and reliability.
Document architecture decisions and communicate tradeoffs.
