Job summary

Closets by Design of Phoenix is seeking a Lead Installer to own each installation, coach a growing team, and drive quality. Initial focus on personal installations with growth toward installation management.

Responsibilities include installing custom closets, mentoring teammates, and communicating with customers professionally. Will require a valid driver's license and safe operation of company vehicles. Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or overtime as listed.

Qualifications

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
• Possess and maintain current driver’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Build and coach the installation team.
• Take direction and deliver on expectations.
• Follow basic drawings and install quality finished products.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.
