Job summary

BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions practice seeks a Managing Consultant to lead clinical quality analytics engagements, guiding qualitative and quantitative workstreams using complex healthcare data. Strong technical judgment and healthcare knowledge are essential.

This role requires travel (~20%) and involves designing analyses, delivering client-ready outputs, and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with BRG’s data and analytics team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in healthcare data and analytics, consulting or equivalent.
• Experience with value-based care or pay-for-performance programs.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python, SAS.
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub, Snowflake, Tableau.
• Experience with EMR data (e.g., Truveta), pharmacy data, provider data, or HealthVerity data.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality analytics workstreams and oversee design, execution, and quality reviews of analyses.
• Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze healthcare claims and related data to assess cost, utilization, quality, and provider performance.
• Design data-driven analyses that support value-based care and other clinical quality programs.
• Develop reproducible data pipelines, analytic code, dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Translate complex findings into clear client insights and executive-level presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and manage client relationships at the representative level.
