Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is seeking a Managing Consultant in Data & Analytics for Healthcare to lead clinical quality analytics engagements using complex claims data. You will design analyses, build pipelines, and deliver client-ready dashboards and reports that drive value-based care programs.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and present findings to executives, with strong emphasis on data quality and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in healthcare data/analytics or consulting required.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, Python, and SAS proficiency.
• Ability to present to executives and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality analytics workstreams and ensure quality outputs.
• Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze claims data to assess cost, utilization and quality.
• Design data-driven analyses supporting value-based care programs.
• Develop reproducible data pipelines, analytic code, dashboards, and reports.
• Translate findings into actionable client insights and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure project milestones are met.
