Job summary

United-Digestive is seeking a Clinical Team Lead with CMA/RMA credentials to support gastroenterology services. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate coverage, and ensure efficient patient flow and care coordination within a busy GI practice.

Responsibilities include training, test tracking, equipment and infection control, and collaboration with the Office Manager to maintain high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) with CPR certification.
• Gastroenterology experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate healthcare system and MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate coverage assignments for lunches and PTO; fill in for clinical staff as needed.
• Oversee test tracking and Direct Referrals as directed by Office Manager.
• Assist Office Manager with training and development of team members; proficiency testing.
• Monitor equipment function and calibration; ensure infection control standards.
• Manage patient flow and scheduling for labs, procedures, and visits; communicate results to physicians/patients.
