Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Lab Leader to supervise the clinical laboratory, ensure staffing and work direction, and maintain compliance with accreditation standards. You will oversee scheduling, evaluations, and counseling while supporting budgeting inputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or related field.
• Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification or national certifications.
• 3 years of full-time clinical lab experience in the last 6 years under pathologist supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational supervision for the clinical laboratory.
• Ensure staffing coverage, scheduling, evaluations, and counseling.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation and licensing standards.
