Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, CLS, or related field.
• Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification on hire or equivalent national certs.
• 3 years of post-baccalaureate, full-time lab experience under supervision of a pathologist or certified medical scientist.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational supervision for the clinical laboratory.
• Maintain policies, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, evaluations and counseling within the lab.
• Input for budgeting process and participate in budgeting discussions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or an appropriately related field
