Job summary

Adventist Health Santa Rosa is seeking a Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist for daytime, full-time work. You will supervise laboratory personnel, oversee testing and quality control, and ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, JC and OSHA standards. A leadership background and a CLS license are required.

Incentives include relocation support and a signing bonus for eligible candidates. This is a senior role in a dynamic hospital laboratory with cross-department collaboration and ongoing staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences or allied health technologies or equivalent.
• Five years' clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Two years' leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees all laboratory testing and coordinates POCT.
• Ensures lab meets accreditation and OSHA standards.
• Manages staffing and training within the lab.
• Maintains QA/QC programs and equipment maintenance.
