Job summary

Adventist Health Cloverdale in California is seeking a Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist for the Day shift. The role oversees laboratory testing, supervises staff, and ensures regulatory compliance across CLIA, FDA, CAP, JC, AABB and OSHA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences or allied health technologies or equivalent (Required)
• Five years' clinical laboratory experience (Preferred)
• Two years' leadership experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all laboratory testing and coordinate POCT; supervise staff and provide training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, FDA, CAP, JC, AABB and OSHA regulations and maintain QA/QC programs.
• Manage staffing, training, performance reviews, and department priorities in a fast-paced lab environment.
