Job summary

The role requires leading production workflow, advanced sample problem resolution, and collaboration with leadership to achieve department goals, while following GDP and HIPAA standards. Shift: Sat - Mon, 6a–6:30p.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a lab, medical, or high-throughput setting.
• 1+ year of supervision or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with Quality Management System policies.
• Document problems and resolutions per GDP.
• Help set department goals aligned with priorities.
• Provide training support to the Clinical Lab Training Dept.
• Attend and lead team meetings.
