Methodist-University seeks an Assistant Director for Clinical Education to lead the clinical portion of the Nurse Anesthesia Program. You will develop and maintain clinical sites, coordinate learner rotations, and evaluate learners and preceptors to ensure COA compliance.

The role includes classroom collaboration, student advisement, and serving as a liaison to clinical partners. Strong leadership and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a relevant field (PhD/EdD/DNP) from an accredited institution.
• Current RN/APRN license in North Carolina.
• NBCRNA CRNA certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of three years of CRNA clinical experience.
• Experience as clinical preceptor or coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical portion of the nurse anesthesia program.
• Develop and evaluate clinical sites and affiliations.
• Coordinate learner rotations and schedules.
• Oversee clinical evaluations of learners and preceptors.
• Prepare for COA accreditation site visit.
• Advise and mentor learners on clinical progression.
