Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree (PhD, EdD or DNP) from an accredited institution.
• Current unencumbered license and APRN eligibility to practice in North Carolina.
• Current NBCRNA CRNA certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications current.
• Minimum three years of CRNA clinical experience.
• Formal education in curriculum, instruction, and evaluation.
• Experience in simulation-based education.
• Preferred CHSE or CNE credentials.
• Experience developing courses and exams in nurse anesthesia programs.
• Teaching and academic administrative experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the didactic and simulation curriculum for the Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Coordinate course sequencing, syllabi, faculty assignments, and course evaluations.
• Oversee simulation lab operations, scheduling, equipment and supplies.
• Prepare learners for SEE and NCE; monitor academic performance and remediation needs.
• Support COA accreditation activities and annual reporting.
• Participate in Admissions and Curriculum Committee activities and meetings.
• Advise learners and collaborate with faculty to align classroom and clinical experiences.
