Private Health Management is seeking an Associate Clinical Director - Complex Care (PST hours) to lead a remote clinical team and guide patients through complex care decisions. You’ll work from your home office, collaborating with clinicians, researchers, and care coordinators to uncover optimal treatment plans and personalized strategies.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Pacific (PST) timezone business hours.
• Active NP or PA license in your state with board certification.
• Do what it takes to get the job done attitude.
• 5+ years APP clinical experience managing complex medical issues.
• Excellent client-facing communication and professional demeanor.
• Insatiable clinical curiosity and comfort with tech platforms.

Responsabilités

• Build strong client relationships by managing complex medical issues and coordinating care.
• Demonstrate high-level clinical acumen to clients and families.
• Collaborate with PHM clinical and research teams to identify therapies and deliver information on conditions, medications, treatments, and trials.
• Coordinate with external care providers and internal teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage with key opinion leaders to foster collaboration and optimize patient care.
