Job summary

SRCH at Caritas Campus in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Lead Receptionist role to enhance customer service and provide peer leadership within the reception team. You will manage staffing decisions in supervisor's absence and oversee front desk operations during clinic hours.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency, HIPAA awareness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as EMR systems. Training new staff and coordinating schedules are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• External candidates: minimum 2 years in medical field; internal SRCH candidates: 6–12 months in Level II positions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training of new staff.
• Monitor front desk patient flow and phone volume.
• Maintain front desk greetings and phone systems.
• Coordinate provider delays communication with back office.
• Create staff schedules and coverage.
• Input provider schedules in EMR and monitor conference room availability.
• Support IT setup in conference rooms as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
