Responsibilities

• Arranges for needed medical care and provides needed services.
• Assists with development of an individual service/treatment plan for each consumer.
• Counsels and advises residents on behavioral problems and daily decision-making.
• Instructs residents on daily living skills in one-on-one or group settings.
• Observes and monitors resident behavior.
• Provides transportation for residents to appointments and activities.
• Performs housekeeping duties and assists with meals and routines.
