Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years related social/direct care experience, including lead/supervisor work.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and monitor resident behavior.
• Observe and chart observations and incidents.
• Provide training in basic personal/social/work skills.
• Maintain high quality of care and act as a role model for residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and transportation as needed.
• Drive state-owned vehicles for client appointments and activities.
