Job summary

Aspira is seeking a proactive Client Delivery Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver work across the full client lifecycle, including RFPs, contracting, implementations, and platform migrations. You will partner with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure momentum and high-quality delivery for client initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects such as RFPs, implementations, migrations, or transitions.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and process improvement skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and able to thrive in an evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and systems, and to take ownership without waiting for direction.
• Prior experience implementing or supporting SaaS platforms (implementation, onboarding, or platform migration work).
• Working knowledge of data migration concepts and SDLC concepts sufficient for planning with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implementation & Platform Migration Management: Own projects end-to-end including feature implementations and platform migrations.
• Lead project kickoffs and governance cadence with status calls, risk tracking, and executive updates.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across work streams.
• Identify risks and blockers early; elevate and drive resolution to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate end-user training and enablement materials for go-live readiness.
• Own UAT coordination and post-launch hypercare before project close.
• End-to-End Client Lifecycle Management: Create cohesive client experiences from RFP through renewal.
• RFP & Proposal Execution: Lead RFPs, coordinate cross-functional contributors, track deadlines, and edit responses.
• Revenue Growth & Upsell: Support upsell opportunities and maintain templates to accelerate deployments.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as central point across Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Account Management.
