Job summary

AspireHR is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support planning, coordination, execution and delivery of client projects. You will work with Project Managers and PMO leadership to manage activities, timelines, and deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in project coordination, strong communication, and comfort working remotely with clients. This role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and building project management capabilities through coaching and progressively challenging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant professional experience.
• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, consulting, professional services, technology implementation, or a related environment preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of project management principles, project lifecycle activities, and project governance.
• Experience supporting or managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, deliverables, and status reporting.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities, deadlines, resources, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and concisely with clients, project teams, and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate project information and documentation.
• Ability to work independently within defined responsibilities while collaborating effectively as part of a larger project team.
• Experience working in a remote, client-facing, deadline-driven consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects and defined activities or workstreams under supervision of a Project Manager or Senior PM.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, resources, and progress; escalate variances.
• Coordinate resources and activities across workstreams to align with plans.
• Lead routine project meetings and governance activities for assigned engagements.
