Job summary

Andesa seeks a Head of Professional Services to lead end-to-end client delivery across platforms, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support. You will ensure requirements are captured, documented, and scoped, driving successful implementations and client satisfaction.

You will oversee CCRs, BRDs, and estimation, while guiding a cross-functional team of Project Managers and Business Analysts. This senior role demands strategic leadership and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in professional services or project leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of life and annuity insurance, preferably including executive benefits.
• Experience leading Business Analysts and/or project teams.
• Proven ability to lead client delivery and Business Analyst teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, discovery facilitation, and BRD authorship.
• Strong background in estimation, scoping, and coordination with product/release management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior client contacts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the Professional Services function across client engagements.
• Define delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Set KPIs and performance standards for delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, timeliness, and client satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Oversee intake, triage, prioritization, scoping, and tracking of CCRs.
• Own the estimation process for client engagements and CCRs.
