Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience leading projects worth $30 million or larger in a superintendent role.
• Previous experience with clean rooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or laboratories required.
• OSHA 30-hour certified and STS-C Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to meet project schedule.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents to anticipate potential problems.
• Act as primary safety representative in the field.
