Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience as a superintendent on $30M+ projects.
• Experience with clean rooms and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily coordination of subcontractors for project quality.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents for problem anticipation.
• Enforce safety compliance as the primary representative in the field.
