Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in a superintendent role on $30M+ projects.
• Experience with clean rooms and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and STS-C certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct coordination of trade contractors to ensure project quality.
• Develop and communicate work plans for field changes.
• Enforce safety compliance and lead contractor meetings.
