Shift: Monday-Friday 5PM-10PM

Basic Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with training the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments and assist with scheduling
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure quality
• Manage security of keys and access cards
• Report maintenance work orders
• Ensure premises are secured
• Work with management to schedule jobs and oversee completion
• Train new hires and check supplies and equipment weekly

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at least 25% of the time.

This role is suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience. ABM is veteran-friendly; military experience is encouraged to apply.
