Job description

The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Pay rate starting at $20.00/hr. Must have experience and pass a 10-year background check.

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience required
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications :

• One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with the training of the cleaning team
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Ensure premises are secured at all times
• Work with the Manager to schedule jobs with the Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with the Manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories

This position is suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
