We do not work nights, weekends or holidays!! The Lead Window Cleaner is responsible for routine cleaning and supervising routine cleaning of all areas of a job. A Lead Window Cleaner accepts increased responsibility and acts as the liaison or intermediary between Managers or Supervisors and the cleaning staff. This position is the prime contact at a location for staff and customer. The position supervises and instructs cleaning personnel in the proper procedures and cleaning standards of the company. A lead cleaner can also assist with training as needed. We also have a shop dog, so if you like dogs he greets everyone each morning. Other Qualifications:

1. Ability to train and assign work to employees
2. Ability to prioritize and organize the work of others
3. Proven experience and knowledge of window cleaning
4. Able to demonstrate the importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety standards, and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate Supervisor.
5. Satisfactory personal appearance and hygiene within company guidelines
6. Demonstrated ability to maintain equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
7. Ability to operate and use equipment
8. Comprehensive knowledge of restocking supplies
9. Valid driver’s license
10. Reliable transportation
11. Liability car insurance
12. Ability to read a street guide and follow directions
13. Provide excellent customer service
14. Write legibly and speak clearly
15. Able to count money and make change
16. Self-motivated and able to work alone

Physical Requirements:

1. Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
2. Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
3. Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms
4. Able to work with arms above head
5. Able to bend and squat to ground level
6. Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
7. Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 30 feet
