Southern California Edison is seeking a Planning Manager to lead a safety-first, high-performance planning team in Pasadena, CA. The role focuses on improving operations, driving efficiency, and fostering inclusion while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will oversee design activities, manage staff performance, and coordinate with peers to balance workload and achieve department goals. The position requires up to 60% travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

Competenze

• Five+ years of experience supervising electrical utility design, transmission, or line construction.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of construction/design standards and safety requirements.

• Reviews and approves work orders and ensures design, construction, and safety standards are met.
• Supervises projects to balance workload and meet design targets.
• Leads design activities and coordinates resources to meet department goals.
• Manages performance, development, and disciplinary actions for staff.
