Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of professional HR work in areas including job analysis, job evaluation, salary administration, recruitment, employment services, and HR policy formulation.

Responsibilities

• Assigns, monitors, and reviews work of CCU Analysts in job analysis and evaluation.
• Provides daily guidance and training to CCU Analysts.
• Reviews and analyzes policies related to classification and compensation; makes recommendations.
• Evaluates agency requests for position reclassification using TS HRS rules and job evaluation standards.
• Performs large-scale salary studies and surveys.
