Qualifications

• Six years of claims experience, including two years in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licenses as required; professional certifications applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff for claims adjudication.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports.
• Monitors workloads, conducts training, and ensures quality standards.
• Maintains client relationships and communicates claim statuses.
• Supports the organization’s quality programs.
