Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead for Property to supervise a team of technical operations staff, ensuring effective adjudication and client service across property lines. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, with oversight of claim workflows and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in claims management, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; Licenses as required.
• Strong knowledge of claims management processes across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the property claims team for a wide span of control.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction on claims adjudication.
• Monitors workloads and staff performance; trains colleagues.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high cost claims.
• Maintains client relationships and regular status updates.
